In order to insure the execution of a stress-free event…


In order to successfully book your date for your event we require a 50% deposit. You will also be asked to sign a contract. If you are using Package 2 or 3, you will be asked to set up two dates to meet with one of our coordinators. This will insure we are on the same page and are able to assist in any way we can. The second meeting must be within two weeks of the event. If date of event needs to be transferred, a transfer fee may apply.

The Venue

At the venue, you will have access to the yard, patio, garage, bride’s room, groom’s room and bathroom. The house has rooms that are off-limits for guests and are private property. We also work very hard to keep the premise of the property tidy and naturally beautiful and consider the plants and trees off-limits as well.


50% due at time of booking. Entirety due on or before event. Refunds available up to one month prior to the booked event.
